My son always orders from Bev's for his mom on her birthday and mother's day. Lately however, the shop has not delivered what was ordered. This year they also failed to ship part of the order. We found out because we sent my son a picture as a thank you. He said to us "that's not what I ordered and there was no teddy bear which was part of the order. Steve
I got my mom flowers delivered for Mother’s Day and the bouquet looks absolutely nothing like the picture half the bouquet is just leaves. It looks like someone went and weed whacked their backyard and stuck it in a vase. Honestly a joke for the price I ended up paying.
I’m really unimpressed with this florist. I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s 60th birthday through a 3rd party website (1st mistake). Bev’s called me at 2:30 on Saturday to let me know about a delivery for my mom at her house. I called back and said sounds good send it out. Flowers never arrived. They are closed Sunday Monday. I get a call Tuesday that they want to deliver. I questioned why they didn’t deliver on Saturday like they said they were going to but they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. My sister and I (from Ottawa) were in town for a Celebration of Life. We stopped in about 15-20 mins before close and we felt absolutely horrible for doing this. We work in hospitality and know how frustrating it is to walk in somewhere with in the final hour. Fantastic service and such a beautiful arrangement. 10/10
