Large selection great customer service
the only two people in the store were so busy helping the person in front of the line find another bottle of something that i eventually left my stuff on the counter and walked out. i could easily have shop lifted in retrospect. if you want to steal liquor this is the place they don't hire anyone to keep an eye on anything. shoplifting would be easier than trying to make a purchase.
The BevMo in Elk Grove has become my go-to when I need something for a gathering. The store is usually well stocked and the shelves are easy to navigate. I appreciate that the staff seem knowledgeable but relaxed — they answer questions clearly without making the experience feel like a sales pitch. Parking is convenient and checkout moves quickly even during busy hours.
