"Terrible service every time l come in. The staff completely ignore you when you ask for help or try to check on an order. They never provide updates on wait times and are generally very unhelpful and unprofessional. Even when I asked again after fifteen minutes, the staff became visibly angry and rude, basically saying they didn't know and didn't care
Absolutely phenomenal and kind customer service from Luis after a 3rd party delivery app messed up my (expensive) order. He went above and beyond to ensure I still got the items I paid for, after the 3rd party wouldn't help me and left me feeling small and frustrated. I am a deeply loyal type of consumer and an SF resident for 20 years, this is the kind of treatment that secures my business for life. THANK YOU, Luis.
