They literally do not have any shopping carts. Came with the intention of spending about $1,000 and literally can't because they don't have carts to shop with. I even asked and an employee confirmed this. Absurdly poor management.
I just had a very disappointing experience at this BevMo location due to the rude behavior of one of the managers. I was simply trying to check out with one bottle of wine—there were still customers shopping and a line at the register—when the manager abruptly shouted to me, “Hey, my store is closed, you have to go!” There was no courtesy or professionalism, just unnecessary hostility. The security guard followed me everywhere because I'm black.
Updating: I still look back on my experience and the lack of company response to having one minority person on the register the day before a major U.S. holiday. I will never go to BevMo again, and will spend my money elsewhere. I will let everyone I know my experience and why they should spend elsewhere.
