The female staff member wearing glasses was extremely unfriendly. I am the customer who just purchased wine and a wine aerator(18:25:20, 8th August). I clearly told her I did not want to buy a bag, but she mistakenly charged me for it. She did not apologize at all, simply told me to wait while she served another customer. When I explained that I was short on time and asked her to just give me the bag instead of processing a refund, she told me to speak to the manager. I walked into BevMo on Geary on the Fourth of July with a simple plan: grab ice and get out. Just a quick pit stop, business-owner-style. Nothing major. But fate had other ideas… and so did banana pudding. See, I make a mean banana pudding (ask anybody), and while I was minding my own business, I saw a bottle with “banana pudding” on the label.
