The rudest staff. From requesting to unlock the cabinet where the liquor is stored to trying to check out, every worker I talked to there was incredibly rude. One lady was shouting to all the customers in the line to wait until they’re called before they approach the cashier. I asked her to please lower her voice and to not talk to customers like that. I also told her colleague that somebody should tell the manager how rude she’s being and he replied, “she is the manager”. Yikes.

Horrible horrible experience. We were specifically told by an employee at BevMo that anyone could return a keg to get the deposit back, and it did not need to be the card that was used to put the deposit down. However, this ended up not being the case and the employees were completely unhelpful. If you value any customer experience do NOT go to this BevMo location. I’m sure the other locations are better.

Purchased 2 kegs for our wedding here and was shocked by the friendly service and amazing selection. Definitely stop by in person and you can circumvent the corporate site that doesn't update the beer selection well. I showed up a week before my party and was able to get the beer I wanted for my party. Thanks to all those that work at this location for making it so easy for us.
