Absolutely incompetent employees working the night shift on a Wednesday. Went to pick up my online order and the heavyset older woman could not figure out how to enter my driver license in order to pick up the order. This process should have taken about 30 seconds and she managed to stretch it out for 30 minutes. After all that, they had picked the incorrect bottle. Then I had to wait to get a refund. I have never had this problem with Total Wine. Shop somewhere else!
