⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic customer service at the Prospect location! I stopped by the BevMo on Prospect in San Jose recently just to ask for a couple of empty boxes to ship some wine glasses on eBay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating — they happily gave me the boxes with no hassle at all and even made sure I had the right sizes. This is our BevMo. We love the service. Everyone is friendly and great.
Lot of choices but Total wine and more is cheaper
This BevMo has quite a selection of beer and wine, but they also have tons of stuff for parties and they even have birthday cards in case you forgot. They also have pretty good sales from time to time. The employees are knowledgeable and always happy to engage, to help you make your purchase.
