I loved this store, my cashier gave me a receipt with a barcode to leave a review for convenience but I lost it so I’m writing my review on google this way. I forgot his name , brunette , nice, tall man, super knowledgeable, asked me if I needed help and had all the answers to my questions and helped me find AMAZING deals!!! Great customer service, he truly cares if we are happy!! Even picked out the best lemons and limes , he made me want to go back to THIS location specifically!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic customer service at the Prospect location! I stopped by the BevMo on Prospect in San Jose recently just to ask for a couple of empty boxes to ship some wine glasses on eBay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating — they happily gave me the boxes with no hassle at all and even made sure I had the right sizes.
