Arrived around 11:15 PM for a delivery, but the store was already closed and locked. Even other customers couldn’t get in. The issue is orders are still being sent at that time, which puts drivers in a difficult situation for something we can’t control. Please fix the hours or update the system.
Sad to hear that Mike the friendly floor Manager is no longer here. He was super helpful with his wine tastings and recommendations. Always a friendly and inviting environment before he left now it’s no different than buying at Ralph’s. Huge loss for sure!
The guy tall age male rude. Behavior careless almost threw the bag on the table to pick up sensitive material inside and rude too
