Customer service was excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable of their products.
Honestly, avoid this place if you don’t want your time wasted by power-tripping employees. I went in to buy alcohol and got refused service by this weirdly tall cashier with long hair because the person I was with didn’t have their ID on them. Mind you, they are 30 years old. Every single time I’ve ever been to a BevMo, they only check the ID of the person actually paying. Fair pricing but Total Wine is usually less.
Confirms why I shop at total wine. Would not price match a Don Pilar EXTRA ANEJO TEQUILA THAT TOAL WINE HAS FOR 149.99 had to pay 179.00 because we couldn’t find at Brea. Even though I pulled up at 2 other locations and also purchase history in my total wine app. Don’t waste your time here. Most stuff is more expensive…
