I came in today at 11:30A.M. and the female cashier, who's name was Amy, the one with dyed red hair was absolutely disrespectful to me. She asked if I wanted a bag, then after ringing me up she still hadn't bagged my items, she didn't give me a bag until I asked for her to give it to me, after the fact. But then I asked if she was ready to enter my phone # for their rewards system, she didn't say yes and just rolled her eyes as a response. Smaller BevMo than I'm used to, but the young lady working there was not only very pretty, but extremely kind and helpful! Unbeknownst to me, all I had to do was pick out another bottle of Ketel One and it would only be 5 cents because of the deal they were having. She pointed it out and I am grateful for it!
The person at the counter: - looked the other way versus saying welcome when I arrived - when asking for help with a specific item, they just said that it may be over in the corner. they could have looked it up or walked me to the right location. I ended up not finding what I was looking for and walking out
