It's like a museum in there. Huge store, great choice of whiskeys and beers. Stocked on KBS from Founders Brewing Company.
Staff was very lacking in knowledge of what products they carried and had to go to their public web site to see if they carried the products I was looking for, I could have done that.
I had the same experience the two previous posters reported. When I asked about an item that seemed to be have rung up at a higher price than shown at the shelf, I was attacked verbally by the cashier. It was the worst customer service experience I have had in many years. I cancelled the transaction and told her I wouldn’t be coming back to that store. Her response? “Please don’t!!” Unacceptable.
