Called three times in a row & a person picks up & hangs up on me. 🤨 I was simply calling to see if they carried a particular item before taking a trip to their store. But unfortunately, for them, I won't be going there anytime soon.🤨 I'd rather go to Total Wine & More. Where they know how to treat people & know how to answer their phone. 🥰 I have no patience to do business with a business that doesn't care about wanting to answer their phone & take care of the customers. Very disappointing!
Not necessarily the best prices in town, but a very wide selection of potable spiritous liquors, presented in a clean, pleasant shopping environment. Cashier was pleasant and helpful, and the only hard part was picking which bottle to buy.
They always seem to have the liquor I want. Joined their rewards program before Bevmo came to Washington state.
