We visited BevMo yesterday after visiting Total Wine and More, and the contrast in the customer experience was very apparent. Upon walking in, we noticed 1 checker with a long line of customers. There was no music playing, and overall felt unwelcoming. We found a product we wanted, but it was behind glass. It was difficult to find anyone willing to help us, but we kept browsing looking to see what else was available. We rarely drink at home but with husband's birthday we went all out and ask BevMo staff to help us pick out a variety of mixers and whiskey, bourbon and tequila. Made for a great cocktail party. Thanks BevMo!
