I left Beverly's Pet center today No, i do not believe staff is helpful, I mentioned to one girl working there that a Budgie i bought 3 months ago still can't fly. She stated well clipping the wings is great, I mentioned back, that i was told the bird was young and wings not clipped, as i was buying the bird. But it still does not, and can not fly, and she said well "do you want it to fly." Then continued on her way. I won't go back. Never..
When I shop at Beverly's Frankie is always so helpful and is patient to find me what I need! Thank you Frankie for helping to make shopping at retail stores a pleasure!
