I left Beverly's Pet center today No, i do not believe staff is helpful, I mentioned to one girl working there that a Budgie i bought 3 months ago still can't fly. She stated well clipping the wings is great, I mentioned back, that i was told the bird was young and wings not clipped, as i was buying the bird. But it still does not, and can not fly, and she said well "do you want it to fly." Then continued on her way. I won't go back. Never..
Beverly's used to be the go to place. dont know what happened. From the closure of the bathrooms to the not doing water checks. I understand the bathrooms as you don't want to be sued by some idiot complaining about not being handicapped accessible. But if want want to sell me $100's in coral and I ask you to check my water than what is issue. you used to do them for free. now you're buying some machine so I can go pay $8 to test my water before I buy coral or fish. your overpriced but were worth it. staff and managers were ... read more

My favorite place! I go at times when i’m just browsing for new reptiles, I purchased my pink toed tarantula there. I get all of the supplies/food that I need for my beardie (who has seizures and aneurisms) and for my leopard gecko who was a rescue. They provide good info on the reptiles which is hard to find at pet stores, and I know its good information because they tell me everything that Ive previously studied! Had a great time at Beverly’s this past Sunday. Gary was so amazingly knowledgeable and super friendly. My Betta, Sapphire is very happy in his upgraded tank. Can’t wait to go back. We named the snail Gary in your honor. LOL Thanks for all your help.
I am giving one star for the sole purpose of being able to leave a comment. I went with my family to pick out a hamster for my niece who had just lost her pet hamster. My sister called in advanced and explained what happened with their last baby (who was a rescue) and was told not to worry, that the hamsters they had there were well taken care of, and that they had 6 week old hamsters available. hell no!!! as many people have said sell junk and dont stand behind there products.... bought a pump 1.5 months ago it broke and I have the only one out of 1500 pumps a month that broke... quote from greg his self.
Hell no! They do sell sick puppies. 🤬 Mine happened almost 20 + years ago. They tried to then also not take responsibility, didn't work Beverlys! I can't believe they are selling puppies again.
