My blinds don’t work. Called numerous times. Finally got a phone call and I was told to try to replace the battery in the remote, which I already did. Still no reply. I’m all for supporting small business. Them… no way!

We love our faux wood blinds! The company was very communicative and accurate about delivery and installation time. They gave us the most affordable price compared to the other blinds and shades companies I researched. They were very respectful and pleasant in all of our conversations and took great care to be precise with their installation.
