My experience at this facility was unacceptable. After waiting two weeks, I returned to pick up my MRI results only to be told that the report was still not ready because the radiologist had not read it yet. According to their own website, MRI reports are typically completed within 1–2 days, not two weeks. I love this center. I recently had a follow up with a biopsy. The staff was amazingly supportive and the Dr was truly amazing! I gave my Dr. My positive feedback as they truly earned my trust and eliminated my fears. I don't mind if they are busy, that's small potatoes - they are truly professional and sensitive to a patients individual needs. Thank you for the positive experience!!!

I made my appointment TWO months ago since that was the earliest they could get me in. NO-ONE  ever told me they need the copies of my reporrts and CD's and i assumed that my doctor had forwarded them to Lenox Hill. I went today 2/18/2026 my appointment was set for 5:15 PM. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, which I did. I filled out the paperwork, turned it in and noticed they were calling people really quick. There was about 5 other people there before me, they all got called. I've been having problems with the staff at this location, particularly with the woman manager on 9th floor who consistently sabotage me from getting the test I came for. She regularly tries to change the referral of my doctor, and to make me pay outside my insurance. Every time I get turned away by her. Im on 3 phones waiting someone to answer my call since 9:45, If you are fake office, not existing let us know. I need to talk with superviser or manager. Its 1 hour and 30 minutes already. We, the Americans patients will start calling and writing to Medical BOARD. No customer support at all. Using 3 different numbers 818)933-2020 310)445-2800 800)378-5597 im on this 3 phones----silence fyuuu Ill do everything to pay you big money.

This place does not answer the phone regularly. It could be 3 hours of calling and still no answer. Their results are posted at the tail end of the maximum of days they quote you unless your doctor orders a stat result. My friend who works at TOSH warned me of how slow they are and how they don't answer the phone. The tech was good and the front office was fine. But I will choose another radiology place in the future due to these 2 important factors.

Unprofessional, lack of communication between staff and appointments. I received multiple notices confirming my appointment at Garden Grove, Ca.
