Beverly Radiology Billing This is the Billing Department for many radiology centers -- it is a nightmare! Especially if you have good insurance with a second payer (Medicaid / Medi-Cal / TRICARE, etc.). They will send you a bill ASAP saying you need to pay the remaining balance in full online, before they have even invoiced your second payer. Make sure that you make copies of all receipts and invoices, save everything! They didn't run my medical insurance for a mammogram (they said 'all is good!' And I had my appt. Then I had a biopsy done at a different clinic the next day that insurance covered!). Now they've sent me to collections for almost $750 for one mammogram and they say there's nothing they can do about it. So now I am going through all the BS of submitting disputes with my credit. Unbelievable
