Front office needs to be more friendly. Back office very nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable.
Harassment to come back to their center. I was texted two days I’m a row, followed by a third day with a phone call that “your doctor has order a test and you need to make an appointment” I had text back twice to “STOP” but they continued. After asking to speak with David the supervisor he admitted that there is no physicians order, but that they call and text people who haven’t been to the center in 2 years. I never gave permission for them to call or text me.
