After my grandfather went through her to create a last will and testament she advised his personal representative that she didn't need to probate his last will and testament and a Levy was put on my trust and my grandfather's estate can't afford to pay due to the fact that the personal representative neglected the estate due to the fact that Beverly Barnett told her that she didn't have to probate the last will and testament
