I hired Mr. Beverly to help in purchasing a home/land. He was very hard to get in touch with and was not very clear on what needed to be done. When we were confused about extra fees and attempted to question him about it he promptly just walked out of his meeting room. Then when I said we would do the deal, even though I didn't whole heartedly agree with the extra charges, we were asked to leave the premises immediately.
This attorney does not return phone calls promptly. I hired him online for a traffic speeding ticket I received while travelling through S.C. and I live in another state. I mailed him the fees he asked for to represent me and I had to call his business 5 times before ever finding out if my cashier's check was received and it he indeed was going to represent me in court. My court date was two weeks ago and all I can do is "assume" he represented me at court that day. I have left several messages again with no reply. How rude ... read more
