Excellent service from the reception to Beverly's professional knowledge of the subject matter.
Check in at front desk was swift and quick. The pre surgery prep nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome, comfortable and stress free. The surgeon Beverly Quenneville was very nice and explained the procedure to be performed. She conducted herself very professionally and knew exactly what she was doing. I didn't feel a thing and there was absolutely no pain nor discomfort whatsoever. She stitched me up and the whole procedure with check in only took approximately 1 hour.
