I’m having trouble dealing with clinic as unorganized as Oak Street Health. The doctors don’t return phone calls from the pharmacy to give approval and when you go there even if you have an appointment you can be waiting up to two plus hours. They don’t even explain to you what is going on. Terrible operation going on
2nd visit with Dr. O went as well as l expected, all though nothing was mentioned about my specialist that I see and or if I needed any referrals to make any new appointments.
She’s still ft spoken concerned about her patients
I really like oak Street help, and I really like Dr O. Everyone there seems nice and caring and I appreciate that. I especially like the fact that you all provide transportation.
