This man was supposed to do targeted treatment to a very small tumor in my brain. Without my consent he decided to treat 80% of my brain. He never told me until the 8th out of 10 treatments. As a physician it is his duty to talk to me about treatment plan changes BEFORE the treatment! He took my voice away from me! Because I was absolutely not going to allow him to treat 80% of my brain! Not one time in over 2 years has dr Thropay’s staff in Montebello office ever made is easy to make an appointment on time . They lie about when they’re going to call you back they don’t return phone calls they always lie and tell you your authorization has been submitted when they forget to. When in cancer treatment this is someone’s loved one that’s paying for their mistakes and blames.
