my mom was scheduled in the morning, we arrive and there’s no one here, the lights are off. We bang on the door and ring the doorbell numerous times, no answer. They aren’t picking up the phone. We’re getting ready to leave and leave a note under the door, they decide to call us and let us know that they had been there the whole time and just “forgot” to turn on the lights and unlock the door. What??? We left multiple voicemails and confirmed the appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
I highly recommend Doctor Thropay The Best doctor he explained every step and answered all questions before treatment, nurses and receptionist very kindly and friendly.
I would highly recommend Dr.Thropay. He took his time and answered all my questions regarding radiation and other options. I did not feel rushed and you definitely feel like you matter. Getting diagnosed with cancer is a very scary a for the first time after being diagnosed he made sense and give me straight answers better y oncologist.
