I made an appointment for my grandmother who is 86 years old. Was given a date and time for the appointment. When she went in there was no appointment set and they refuse to try to fit her in after their receptionist made a mistake and refuse to take responsibility for it. They give no help to accommodate her except for having her wait another month before they can see her. Then to say for her to find another doctor, is just outright ignorant. Amazing staff all around!
The reception staff as well as Dr.Hildebrand are absolutely lovely and so kind at this clinic. After spending weeks unable to contact my OBGYN and a lab contacting me with a time sensitive matter, the staff at Beverly Medical Clinic were able to help me out on very short notice with a difficult request. They saved my day and went above and beyond even though it was not their original situation to take on. Dr Hilderbrandt had been my doctor for two years and suddenly I’m told that she is not my doctor that she didn’t take me on as a patient and I have to look for a new doctor. This is beyond unprofessional and I am filing a formal complaint with the college of physicians and surgeons.
