Horrible experience with this clinic . Patient care is horrible from the follow up to changing appointments at the last minute to responding to my chart messages. Will not be returning to this practice. If your considering being seen here don’t even waste you time.
I had a horrible experience with this office. I have since left and moved to a much more competent office, so this experience was worth sharing. This office never had my prescriptions filled correctly. If I switched to a different medication, they always refilled the incorrect one. I was told repeatedly I did not need an exam when I felt as though I should have one, even denied after the typical age you are supposed to have it. Dr. Vaughn is the most caring doctor I have ever had, she answers my requests for call back quickly and shows genuine thought and concern for her patients....keep up the great work!!
Dr. Vaughn was very nice during my first visit She gave me a lot of information about my fibroids. But my last two visit was point less she said it was no reason for a pelvic exam then schedule me to come back for a 5min talk and I had to pay my copay.
Whether Dr Vaughn is a good, and/or, competent Physician I cannot say. What I can say is her office was very casual about helping my wife, who was in need of drugs/hormones that she desperately needs. Upon calling the doctor's office multiple times, and communicating directly with the pharmacy, who we know contacted the office, the office became defensive.
