Worst attorney you could ever hire. Once I demanded my file and fired her I found the the papers wherein she conspired with opposing counsel to sell me down the river. I represented myself and won! I spanked Shirk the Jerk all over the courtroom. BEVERLY Brennan is a sell out. Plain and simple. BEWARE. I would love to have her in a court of law if she finds this offensive. I still have all of the evidence.
I highly recommend Beverly. She really cares about her clients and knows her stuff!

I have had several consultations with Ms. Brennan in matters of family, law, and Dependency. She is a skilled advocate, with the keen ability to see the argument from both sides, and understand the application of law to nearly any situation. She is cool and calm under pressure, even when her office was flooded.
If choosing less stars was an option, I would have chosen that. My husband and I met with Beverly to obtain legal advice in an already very stressful situation and she was unbelievably rude and condescending the whole time. For example, I tried letting her know of something that I had just read in regard to parental rights and get her take on it and she had the gull to respond with "maybe I should turn in my law degree based on what you have learned on google".
