Beverly and her entire staff are wonderful! They took great care of my father with a POA, and she even went out of her way to explain the benefits and the downsides of a trust and how they work. She is excellent at Estate Planning as well as Real Estate work. I recommend her to anyone and everyone I can.
Very rude, negligent in representing elderly client's interest and only concerned with $$. Took almost a year to act on my father's case (He has dementia, but NeuroPsych says he is NOT incompetent.. Time to act VERY important!). Never wrote a will despite being 1st thing we asked for. Ignored my dad saying he wanted to leave money to family and loved ones...
