We used their office to prepare our deed for a home sale. We did the sale remotely so we had to get some of the closing documents notorized. Kim patiently walked us through all of the closing documents and she really helped us feel more comfortable during the whole process. She was always there for us to help with any questions.
Whole staff was wonderful, atty Mears explained everything to us for a house closing and Camela was very vigilant with a closing company for the buyers who missed several things. Mike Adams saved the day by going above and beyond to help us get paperwork signed that another company got in very very late. Great to have them on our side!
This firm was used by the closing company to have us sign documents since they were not local. They explained the documents and had to stay late so we could sign documents because the closing was delayed. This firm was great with their handling of this matter.
Beverly and her entire staff are wonderful! They took great care of my father with a POA, and she even went out of her way to explain the benefits and the downsides of a trust and how they work. She is excellent at Estate Planning as well as Real Estate work. I recommend her to anyone and everyone I can.
