Not an actual customer of their services, I’m simply just leaving feedback based on how they conduct their construction work. I live in a certain neighborhood in Metairie and they are currently doing some water infrastructure work for the Parish. I know civil engineering is kind of a thankless job, but I feel there’s a better way to conduct this project. They hire drivers straight out of the school of Mad Max. Always cutting people off, driving dangerously in the rain, etc. The icing on top; when you call to complain about a driver, you are connected to the "safety manager" who never answers the phone. Had issues with drivers TWICE and could never speak to anyone about it, because the "safety manager" is always "on the other line". Lady in the office is left to deal with unhappy callers, it's not fair to her. This place is run like a circus.
Between the drivers they hire that try to run you off the road in belle chasse to the incompetent people in the office. This place is an embarrassment.
