Come early in the morning if possible to avoid the wait. Doctor Chen was amazing. He addressed our concerns seriously and attentively, and we could feel that he genuinely wanted to help us. The nurse was also very kind, and the MRI staff was very caring, supplying blankets for my dad, a chair while I wait, just really courteous. Angry personal 5 hours waiting for a XRay. Poor attention.
Worst service of all hospitals. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this ER. The level of care and professionalism was far below what anyone should expect in an emergency situation. Staff especially Arene in ER dept are unresponsive and dismissive, leaving me (and other patients I saw) waiting far too long without updates or compassion. ☆☆☆☆ Shameful treatment at Beverly Hospital Montebello. My family member arrived at the emergency room around 7:00 p.m. with a multiple sclerosis (MS) relapse — a serious medical condition that requires urgent care. All they did was take his vital signs and then made him wait 1–2 hours before a doctor finally saw him. The doctor ordered labs and an MRI, but after hours of waiting, they came back around 2:00 a.m. just to say “there’s nothing wrong.” Yet they still said they were going to admit him — but the hours kept passing... read more
