Worst service of all hospitals. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this ER. The level of care and professionalism was far below what anyone should expect in an emergency situation. Staff especially Arene in ER dept are unresponsive and dismissive, leaving me (and other patients I saw) waiting far too long without updates or compassion. ☆☆☆☆ Shameful treatment at Beverly Hospital Montebello. My family member arrived at the emergency room around 7:00 p.m. with a multiple sclerosis (MS) relapse — a serious medical condition that requires urgent care. All they did was take his vital signs and then made him wait 1–2 hours before a doctor finally saw him. The doctor ordered labs and an MRI, but after hours of waiting, they came back around 2:00 a.m. just to say “there’s nothing wrong.” Yet they still said they were going to admit him — but the hours kept passing... read more
If you want to wait for hours and hours on end just to get the worst and slowest treatment possible come here!
I to go ER, at Beverly Hospital, the staff very professional, Dr. Vu, radiologist, Dr Nguyen, Suzanne Beresford, the most factor they take pride in the profession, the staff entry way to direct very areas. Excellent. I highly recommend this hospital. Great staffing. Thank you again!
They are careless Dr and nurses I never came across. They not really here to me, I’m heading to another hospital after I’ve been here 10 hours not getting any progress and asking me to leave, nothing they can do
