I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The owner came across as self-righteous, sanctimonious, and deeply condescending. After HER office mishandled my appointment, I drove an hour, having already taken a half-day off work, only to be told that the mistake was somehow my responsibility. Two weeks ago I went to Beverly Hills Rejuvenation in Bee Cave, TX for Botox. They honored the Groupon pricing even though I didn’t purchase through Groupon, which I appreciated. I ended up getting 60 units across my forehead, elevens, and crow’s feet. After waiting the full two weeks, I still had significant movement in my forehead and noticeable wrinkles, which was surprising given the number of units used.
