I had such a great experience at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center! The consultation for my facial was amazing. They took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and recommend what would work best for my skin. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I left feeling confident and excited about my treatment. The staff was so welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The owner came across as self-righteous, sanctimonious, and deeply condescending. After HER office mishandled my appointment, I drove an hour, having already taken a half-day off work, only to be told that the mistake was somehow my responsibility. When I explained that I had scheduled the appointment by phone and could provide the exact date and time of the call, I was chastised because I didn’t know the name of the employee I had spoken with.
