Similarly to the comment below, I was not made aware of the center closing. I have unused filler on my account and my four emails and countless calls have been ignored. There was no warning and my money was taken. Before I explore my legal options, I wanted to provide ample time to get through all the calls and messages they have probably been getting but it has now been over a month and nothing. I would have posted 5 stars months ago. But since they have closed and refuse to answer back on the membership that I have and have not informed their clients of their abrupt closure is extremely unprofessional. I have referred many of my clients there and we have decided to take a lawsuit against them for holding onto our money that they have withdrawn monthly up until last month. I’m extremely unsatisfied with the results I have after receiving botox at this center. I had 20 units injected in frown lines to relax and rejuvenate the appearance. After over a month I don’t see even slight difference. I believe either the brand lacked potency or the practitioner was not skilled. Technically I wasted my time and money. Over-priced on services. Can get Botox for $3/unit cheaper elsewhere. They have had a lot of staff changes lately. Had a facial with Olivia. She was great!
The gals at BHRC are wonderful. Kayla at the front desk and Christina who did my dysport were so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.
