The neck cream turns crusty.
Unfortunately, they are not as advertised!
My experience with their products has been stellar. They are also very responsive to issues. I called because a dropper didn't work properly and they replaced immediately. I don't understand the negative reviews.
Just hear to say do NOT buy the neck firming cream. I put it on, left the house, and it looked like a gross white crust had dried all over my neck. I wonder how many people in public I saw had wild thought about that. I've never experienced anything like it. Even though they say there is a 30 day money back guarantee, you have to pay for tracked shipping. For being "medical grade" this is totally unacceptable.
