I have been Dr.Jay Newcomer’s patient for many years. But today I met Dr. Lowe. She is every bit as efficient and caring as Dr. Newcomer.The entire staff at Beverly Hills Eye Clinic is thorough and exams are gentle. Dr. Newcomer believes in cost containment and he is genuinely thoughtful of the patients’s needs so he tries to steer the patient toward an affordable choice that meets their needs with their fiscal ability and financial responsibility in mind.
I am always very pleased when I go to Dr. Newcomb’s office. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to help.
