I currently live in Beverly Hills, the community is great! Love how they have bingo, darts, community BBQ and bake sales BUT our parkbridge owners are absolutely horrible. Constant above guideline increases, take away ammentities like the park for the kids during COVID and never came back. When I inquired I never got a response through email and phone. I find this has been a common trend over the years. We just had a phishing attack 2 weeks ago with no update from IT about what kind of security breach that created and right ... read more
Kyle came and cut down some dead tree branches that were a concern.
I have only lived in the park 9 months. All the residents I have met have been very friendly. Kyle is helpful and kind. Killian, I have only met recently as he is new to maintenance, he has been very helpful and is very pleasant.
Have lived here for 13 years. Great location but horrible company. Know your rights and land lease laws. As the property managers will try and take advantage and miss lead you continuously. Keep an eye out for speeding damaged cable boxes, off leash dogs, dead trees hanging over your house, water outages that last 4+ hours almost weekly. My lease I was told to ignore half of it and have most of it scribbled out. Within weeks Parkbridge recanted everything that they told me to ignore.
