I never understood why business owners hire rude employees to run their businesses. The girl who runs the counter is the reason I will not spend my money at this place. Anytime I go in there, she is rude, rushing me and her demeanor is very snarky. After reading the other comments on here, it seems like the business owner just makes excuses for her so I now I see why she feels comfortable to treat customers the way she does.

I absolutely love this place! I am notorious for not swapping my jewelry and wearing the same piece (I clean them) I’ve had the same tongue ring in since 2019 and it hasn’t lost its color at all!
