Great experience! The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful during the appointment process and payment process. Katie, the nurse, took the time to explain everything and made sure I was completely comfortable with the number of units I was receiving. This is the first place I have been where they didn't attempt to "over administer" or push anything additional. Got botox for the first time at BHAM and was extremely pleased with the results. Yunnie did an amazing job placing the right amount of units to help achieve the most natural and glowy-est look!
I’ve only recently started getting botox and loved my experience at BHAM. Yunnie made sure I was comfortable by explaining clearly what she was doing and gave her professional recommendations when I told her my problem areas and the look I was trying to achieve. The process was quick and painless (as painless as it can get with a needle poking your face). I love my results and can’t wait until my next session!
After 2-3 Months with no responses via text or phone call I was not able to resolve my Dermal Fillers. Apart of the agreement was 2 visits (1 initial , second post). After I expressed concern about the first visit, the second appointment was cancelled without notice. I attempted several times. I would not recommend this practice.
