Very caring staff in every department. Treatment plans explained and your concerns are heard.
I had been going here for years. For some reason my life long fear of dentists, which I've always had. Was something to joke about on my last visit. The dentist remarked on how I looked like "she was going to k me". And her and her assistant laughed. They're well aware of my fear and yet made fun of it. I was humiliated. I am disabled as well and everyone there felt the need to say something about me needing assistance to walk? Why is that any of your business? Trust is gone and I won't be back.
I did my filling here without any insurance or coverage. Fare price and dentists were very friendly and understanding. I was given 10 % off on no coverage. Also the work done is very professional . Thank you
Recently started coming to this dental location. Every step from the first call in to setup new account to latest appointment was pleasant. Receptionist are polite and knowledgeable and patient. Went over billing and direct billing options. Returns phone calls when promised. Hygienist I seen explained what was happening, was friendly, provided additional information for future oral health.
