They are professional and show up when they say they will. The work was done properly. They are definitely not the cheapest. 129$ just to come in and give a quote, then on top of that, it was 80$ for each shut off valve to be installed, and they wanted 550$ to replace a bathtub faucet and handles.

To further clarify, the owner of Beverly Services publicly claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but in reality this is completely false, it is only in his head. I am a prime example of many many people being hurt by this company. Beverly Services installed a defective Rheem unit about two years ago. The unit was bad from the start. If you use them don't be surprised if the quote over the phone is much much lower than the actual price paid (60+% more!). Overpaying for a defective unit stings a little. He had called earlier to tell us there were others before us and what to do in the interim. He was professional, knowledgable, personable and empathetic to our situation. We've had Beverly Services come to our house a couple times now and every time they are very courteous and helpful! ****** has been to our house twice to clear our sewage line. When we explained the problem we were having, he told us what he would be doing to resolve the issue, and alerted us to a more severe issue we needed to be aware of. ******* put me at ease quickly. No one wants to hear that their furnace needs replaced. He knew what was wrong immediately, and had the parts on the truck to do the repair. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Thoroughly pleased.....I bought my furnace from ***** in ****. ***** was a name i grew up with. So pleased that Beverly Service has maintained the same level of service. Not very common these days. thank you and I will call Beverly again

****** was very helpful in explaining the dye test process required for selling our home.He took the time to see what we needed and made sure the work would be done in the time frame that we needed. Selling a home can be stressful and ****** made this part a lot easier for us.He was courteous and considerate.I would recommend ****** and Beverly services .

15 year old HVAC replacement. Prompt and courteous, ***** and ***** did a very professional, neat, and clean replacement of my aging HVAC system. I have been using Beverly Service's for about two years now, and have been completely satisfied with their work.
