Never, Never, Never Rely on these people. I've been trying to get this business to make a simple storm window for the past year. The first two copies they made did not fit the sash, and the last copy had sharp exposed edges. After they've had the window for 8 months and kept saying it's almost ready, they informed me that they had lost the order. Brilliant. POOR Customer SERVICE! 2 and 1/2 hours late on agreed appointment.......Called several times and lied to, each time was told the technician is on his way and should be at my house in 10 minutes...last time I called I was told he stopped to get lunch.....VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AROUND WORK....If you have all day to waste and doing multiple things then use them...

I do not recommend that you use the services of Beverly Glass. Here is my experience: Jan. 24th I take my bathroom windows to have new glass put in. Told 7-10 days. Call in approximately 2 weeks (1st of Feb) after no response. Finally I am told they do not have enough the glass I chose. Have to get from distributor, about 2 weeks. Call in 2 weeks (mid Feb). Am told distributor is still waiting for shipment from Asia. Call end of Feb. Am told the glass has arrived but does not look like the sample I chose. I go in on Sat. 3/1... read more

Ok. After I had decided to give them my business, I had them to come give me an estimate. I had 2 locations with one just 2 blocks from them. It took them 2 days just to do the one around the corner and another couple of days to look at another property. Then on that Thursday, they said they had the estimate but the owner had it. They would call me that evening (didn't happen). Friday I called and still no estimate from the measurements they supposedly took. Said again they will call me back (did not happen). They put me on hold forever when I first called. But she was courteous when she came back. Gave me estimate based on my measurements but made plans for they to double check. They were pleasant & will get my business.
