I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. My child absolutely loves Beverly Edwards, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.
