Five stars for the nurse anesthetist one star for the billing department. I don’t care that the hospital uses Epic and their information despite being updated every time you visit the hospital doesn’t actually update, your software’s incompetence is NOT me “being late” to pay a bill. I didn’t bill the wrong insurance, or send the bill to the wrong address- YOU did.
