Firstly 5 star rating for customer service, if you’re thinking of buying a beautiful piece of jewelry there is a lot of shops to choose from, but we are so glad we walked into this one, along came the staff member Everest who went above and beyond, explained all the different types, of diamonds which I wasn’t aware of (worth researching), and about lab grown , which they don’t sell. Look just go in enjoy the shop and staff and jewelry, not pushy never made us feel awkward, thank for the experience.

Everst not only helped us with his great suggestions, but also made the entire experience pleasant and truly beautiful. I would recommend this place without the slightest hesitation — there you can find even more options than you’ve dreamed of, and you’ll feel pampered during one of the most important moments of your life.
Laurence was so helpful, he was kind, patient and helped us select the perfect diamond. He gave us a great selection to suit our preferences and we are walking away a very happy couple. 5 star service and would highly recommend Beverly Hills at Hatton gardens.
