Both mechanics were polite and professional; happy to answer any query, demonstrate findings, describe options and provide advice for a mountain bike service. I collected my bike the same day for medium price. What a brilliant job! It really is like new and a huge pleasure to ride. Smooth gears, bearings, firm brakes, oiled, cleaned & trimmed cables. A great service from a well stocked shop, perfect for busy cyclists.
Staff are always friendly, and always give advice on products i have wanted.
Very helpful when trying to fix an issue with chainrings on my ebike. The fixings were proprietary so they were unable to help, but that wasn't through lack of trying.
