I ordered 144 cans of Hoop Tea in June. Box 1 was a little beat up, box 2 had been repackaged by UPS, box 3 was returned to Beverages 2U by UPS and the driver filed a claim. I called to find out if they would replace the damaged items and was told that once the product leaves the store they aren’t responsible and also that they were packaged by someone who had retired from UPS that knew how to pack items (spoke with a female that day, very short and acted as if it were a bother talking to me.)
