Very disappointing experience with this beverage company. Someone showed up to remove a cooler, claiming their boss instructed them to pick it up because we hadn’t placed an order and they had been told the cooler needed to be returned. No advance notice was given. After speaking with the manager, we were initially given a story that later turned out not to be true before finally getting the actual explanation. Drop and hook
This is probably one of the most undependable companies we've ever dealt with. We never hear from our "sales rep"and when we do actually get to order, the delivery may or not make it. Very bad way to do business. Do not recommend.
