really bad customer support, steven is rude and condescending, avoid buy here, some other places have betters deals and the customer support is not that bad

Great store to deal with. Due to exchange rates price is getting up there. Not their fault though. Good communication with the owner and goods arrived in a timely manner.
Steve’s prices are high and a lot of his stuff can be sourced elsewhere for cheaper. But I figured I’d give him some business. But he really was condescending and rude. And when I told him so he just got worse. He eventually just cancelled my order and refunded me. So I asked him not to contact me again. Yet being small he surely did. Avoid at all cost. You will find it at a better price.
Always excellent, prompt and thorough service when I deal with Bevel Heaven. A must for every Ducati owner.
