Follow-up review - had issue with drive belt after 20 hrs, took mower in and was out of there in around 1 hr, new belt installed. Amazing service all round! Purchased a Ride On Mower, Luke who helped me decide on the right one ran me through a few options, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I went back to pick it up the mower was ready to go, Luke loaded in on the trailer and I was on my way, seamless, painless transaction. Shout out to Luke for making the decision easy!

The female staff member was very present to deal with and has good product knowledge. However, the workshop is still understaffed. A 4 week wait for repairs or service is just not acceptable when grass is growing about 25 mm per day. I thought after 12 months, this would have been addressed. I had to buy the parts I need and do the service myself.
Just amazing, Greg and team are very professional . They serviced my 4 stroke lawnmower in no time. Thanks guys highly recommended will be back again.
