Fast, friendly service.
5 out of 5 service!! We have always had our ride on taken care of by Bevan's. I called with a question of how to refit the cutting belt to the deck (my husband always makes out like this is a massive job when it slips off) 🤣 I was it expecting to be impossible for anyone to explain however the awesome man at the shop I spoke with, talked me through refitting it over the phone within 60seconds!! I was back mowing within minutes 😄
Follow-up review - had issue with drive belt after 20 hrs, took mower in and was out of there in around 1 hr, new belt installed. Amazing service all round! Purchased a Ride On Mower, Luke who helped me decide on the right one ran me through a few options, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I went back to pick it up the mower was ready to go, Luke loaded in on the trailer and I was on my way, seamless, painless transaction. Shout out to Luke for making the decision easy!
