Have always had a good service and got my dog, Bella, there!
I schedule my dog for an grooming appointment. I arrived in time. I waiting 5 hours to hear from them to see if my dog was ready until I simply went there to find out they had not even started. This is now 6 hours! What is the point of an appointment? Now going on 6 and a half hours and still nothing. I understand being busy but the point of an appointment is to schedule and complete the work? What has my dog been doing for 6 hours? By the way, no explanation as to why. I'm so sorry for your bad experience. I saw your appointment was at eleven today and I believe you picked her up around five thirty. I'm out of town and just talked to the girls and it seems they just had too many grooms today and the day got away from them. I apologize for your inconvenience and that you were disappointed. We usually are very accommodating to our customers and do try our hardest every day to get the dogs back to their families as soon as we can.
I had my Yorkshire groomed there last year and they did a wonderful job. I took her back again a few months ago. I wanted her to look cute for the summer. We picked her up, I paid and tipped $9. She was so excited that I didn't get a good look at her until we got home. Her fur was completely chopped. Just chopped not styled or groomed. The most ridiculous thing was that they put rubber bands in her hair and then chopped the pig tails off short. You asked for a summer cut and to put in pony tails but to match the head and tail to the body. We are sorry that you were not happy with the outcome.
