My husband picked up two hoagies tonight for dinner. He got the chicken salad, I got tuna. You had to search for the very little amount of tuna or chicken salad buried under tomatoes, lettuce and onions. I called to complain. They're under new ownership. I could hardly understand the new owner and he was rude. He offered us $1 off our next order. We will not be going back!! $30 for two small hoagies and onion rings... c'mon fill the hoagies with what we asked for.

I called this afternoon hoping to speak with a manager about a local community event I am organizing right here in West Chester!! It’s focused on Youth and education, before I could even explain why I was calling, I was interrupted, told “no,” and hung up on. Stopped here between games while in town for a soccer tournament. Man behind the counter (assuming it was the owner) was very friendly. The hoagies were absolutely delicious. Overall a great little sandwich shop and deli! Would definitely come again if we are back in the area!

The place used to be better when it was run by the old owners now the store is dirty it smells bad and there is stuff you can trip on everywhere I almost tripped twice

Always friendly service and great sandwiches. The sandwiches are fresh and made with Amaroso rolls. Great mom and Pop deli in Westchester. I definitely recommend.
