Love living here…. Price is good! The company and staff are awesome if there’s an issue they are quick to respond! my apartment is beautiful lots of space, pantry, large walk in closet in master bedroom, bedrooms are very big and spacious! Highly recommend Bevan Enterprise!
Good experience from point of contact to time of signing agreement, Tracey was responsive and quick to answer any questions...apartment was cleaned ready for move-in on time. Property is well kept, the staff keep it clean and well maintained.

Today is my last day in Charlottetown and living here for one year was really a good experience but what did my experience wonderful is my apartment! I rent from Bevan Enterprises, they are the best ever , too professionals, correct and always helpful to resolve any problem! They found for my family the best apartament with two bedroom and spectacular view!
