Disappointed in this property when I toured. It is decent but upkeep of the apartments is low quality. This is located in a shopping center so location is odd.
The Bevan is managed by a pleasant and professional team. Both the grounds and buildings are consistently well-maintained and impeccably clean. The finishes and amenities within each unit are notably high quality, setting them apart. You can also expect prompt and reliable service by maintenance should any issue arise.
Moving from an 8 room home to a 2 bedroom apt. Is never easy but the Bevan has made this transition very manageable for us.
