I was most impressed with Ashley Woolridge friendliness, engaging and helpful in walking me through the renting process. She was a pleasure to work with at The Bevan.
the pool quiet hours are never enforced which can be very very frustrating when you have work in the morning. In the summer time people are constantly screaming down there and if you call the courtesy officer to enforce the quiet hours, he’ll just tell you to call the police. Garage access gates are broken all the time and the amenity space TVs never work.
After touring I expected to receive my quote via email, however I never did. Other than this the place was beautiful and the model apartment had plenty of space in the bedrooms.
