Never had any problems in the past with our 5 vehicles we have gotten in the past 10 years until now…. Brought my truck in for maintenance and asked them to check why my water wasn’t coming out of my reservoir for the windshield wipers, asked them to lmk why my ac wasnt blowing cold out of only the right 2 vents, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with ac and had to empty and recharge freon for 199$ plus tax. Got in my truck after oil change and reset and air was blowing cold!!! There was no record on paper checking... read more
It’s always a pleasure bring my Toyota for service here, the team makes everything so smoothly and easy , specially Natoriea Lundy (Tori) she went above and beyond to help me with my radio problem, she is super knowledgeable and dedicated about her work. I appreciate all the support and good communication they always provide. Very recommended dealership for services and also for buying a new car.
Took my Tacoma in to fix damage to the back end of the truck. Ben was very helpful and remained communicative throughout the whole process. My truck was made new in two weeks and looked phenomenal. They even washed my truck inside and out. I have zero complaints.
